We try our best to get you your orders dispatched right away. All orders placed before 8am are generally processed and dispatched that afternoon.

We are closed on weekends and Public Holidays. Orders placed on Friday, Public Holidays or the weekend, will ship out the following business day.

Shipping Delays

Once your order leaves the JAYD Swimwear warehouse, it becomes the responsibility of USPS and their delivery partners. This means we’re unable to make changes to your address, order items, or shipping service. In the unfortunate event of a non-delivery (including issues with Safe Drop), it is the customer’s responsibility to launch an investigation directly with the courier.

While we’ll always do our best to assist in getting your order to you as efficiently as possible, we cannot take responsibility for delays or issues caused by the carrier.
