WHAT CAN JAYD DO FOR YOUR TEAM?
Showcase your surname, club name, or logo anywhere on your new suit! Simply send us your logo in a vector file and choose the font, colour, size and placement (we recommend on the hip, across the chest or across the bum).
This is the absolute pinnacle of team togs - your club colours, woven into the strapping or cut-outs of our best selling styles. This customisation needs more lead time, so start the convo now!
Your whole team doesn't need to be in the exact same suit to look the part. We can print on any of our styles, so each person can choose their preferred fit. We'd just recommend sticking to one communal colour.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Pick your design: Take a look through our website and decide which suits you think your team would look amazing in.
2. Gather your numbers - we can print on one suit, or 100 suits! We'll need to know your preferred style, color, sizes and quantities.
3. Send an email with your name, shipping details (address and contact number), and preferred suits to hello@jaydswimwear.com along with your logo file and let us know your placement, color, text & size preferences.
4. We'll send through a mock-up design for your approval before we put anything into production.
5. Once your design is approved, we will issue an invoice to finalise your order - when paid in full, we'll print & ship your suits! Please ensure you've read and follow all instructions on the TEAM PRINTING product page to speed up the process!

What logo formats do you accept?
We require a PNG vector file with a transparent background.
Is there a minimum order number?
Not for printing, but bulk orders do qualify for free shipping. If you're after custom coloured suits, the MOQ is 30 units.
How long does custom production take?
We can usually turn a simple print order around in just one week!*

DO YOU HAVE A RETURNS POLICY?
If there’s a defect or printing error, we’ll fix or replace it. However, as these are custom orders, we don't offer refunds or returns.
Can I change my mind after placing an order?
Minor tweaks before proof approval are fine, but once the order has been approved by you and is in production, changes can’t be made.
